This site is Javier Rojas's personal portfolio. The only data actively collected is what you voluntarily submit through the contact form: name, email address, and the message you write.

That submission is processed through Formspree, a third-party service that delivers messages by email. This information is never sold or shared with anyone else, and it's never used for anything other than replying to your message.

This site also uses Vercel Analytics to measure, in aggregate and anonymously, how many visits each page gets, without cookies or any data that identifies an individual person.

Under Chile's Law 21.719 on Personal Data Protection, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any information you've sent. To do that, reach out through the contact form or on LinkedIn.
